Cottage Cheese Pizza Bowls

Cottage Cheese Pizza Bowls

The cottage cheese craze is still going strong in 2025 — and this pizza bowl proves why. After seeing this one blow up on TikTok, I knew I had to give it the Future Fork treatment. It’s cozy, creamy, and gives all the pizza night vibes… with a protein boost that actually keeps you full.

This recipe starts with a base of cottage cheese (yes, it melts beautifully in the oven), then gets layered with my San Marzano Sauce, your favorite pizza toppings, pizza spices, and a handful of melty mozzarella. Pop it under the broiler until it’s golden and bubbly, and you’ve got a high-protein, low-fuss meal or snack that hits the spot.

One serving of this packs around 25 grams of protein, making it a great choice for those trying to balance blood sugar or stay energized between meals. It’s also a perfect example of a longevity-friendly snack: packed with protein and calcium, customizable with veggies, and deeply satisfying. Cottage cheese continues to have its moment because it’s so versatile — especially for meals like this that feel indulgent but deliver real nutritional value.

I’ve also prepped this recipe as a dip — just double the batch, toss it into a shallow baking dish, and serve it warm with corn chips or veggie wedges for movie night. It’s always a crowd-pleaser, especially when the top gets just a little crispy around the edges.

So whether you’re meal-prepping lunch, looking for a protein-rich snack, or just craving pizza flavors without the crust, this one’s got you covered.
